Shipping, Handling & Lead Times

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY 

Due to the volume of orders, a ready-to-ship inventory may be unavailable at the time of your order. Consider all orders made-to-order. ALL orders are considered a priority so they will be shipped out as soon as they possibly can be. If there are parts on hand in inventory then your order will be processed and sent out as quickly as possible.

Our website might offer various shipping options such as 2-day / Expedited shipping services, however the time to produce, package and ship your part out isn't taken into consideration and thus expedited shipping services may not be possible. It is highly recommended that you select the standard or most economical shipping option available to you as your order will end up being shipped standard as soon as it's ready, regardless of any expedited shipping options.

BUYERS / ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.A.

If you are placing an order from outside of the continental United States of America and you do not see a shipping option available for your location / country, please email us at Info@ArcadeUltra.com with your FULL address, the exact part(s) you wish to order and we will provide you with a quote.

GENERAL INFORMATION

-Please allow for 3-5 days handling time before your part is shipped as there may be a large volume of orders for us to cover. 

-It is your responsibility to give us the correct shipping address when you check out. We are not responsible for the package once it is shipped out. If you've made an error, we recommend you IMMEDIATELY send us an email to Info@ArcadeUltra.com in an attempt to correct this error in time BEFORE it is shipped if it hasn't already. 

-Arcade Ultra Design is not responsible for any damages during shipping. If you receive damaged goods please contact us so that we may file a claim with the courier.

-If you are local to Orange, CA pick-ups may be available by appointment only. Currently this option is only available on weekends and hours may vary.

-Any returned packages must be claimed within 30 days and will require an address confirmation and additional shipping payment from the buyer to get it re-shipped. Whether the shipping address has changed or remained the same we ask that you confirm it so that your part(s) may reach you.

-For orders over $500.00 USD we may require a signature confirmation. (Package value)


-When promotional codes are available, only ONE may be used at a time per order. There are not exceptions.

LEAD TIMES

NOTICE: Lead times are not guaranteed. Parts are produced and shipped as soon as they can be and in order of their place in the online store's order history. Lead times should be expected to vary during promotional periods.

An effort will be made to update lead times as the volume of orders and available inventory changes. While not guaranteed, notices of any foreseeable increase in lead times might be provided in which case you'll receive an email from info@ArcadeUltra.com
